The Voice Season 4 Battle Rounds Night 4 Result

This will be the last night of the battle rounds. I am sure it will be another fun and thrilling battle for all the contestants!

Battle round 1 (Night 4): Shawna P vs. Brandon Roush

Shawna and Brandon sang "Piece of My Heart". Shawna P won this battle according to Shakira. I was quite disappointed with this first battle since it didn't conform with my decision. I thought Brandon was a whole lot better. I mean, he sang like a pro.

Battle round 2 (Night 4): Sarah Simmons vs. Duncan Kamakana    

They sang "Wanted You More" and Sarah Simmons won the battle. I wasn't surprised after all. There is no chance that Adam will drop this powerful artist. She could be the next big thing. She has an incredible voice. I thought Duncan pretty much did also his thing though Sarah was just unmatched.

Battle round 3 (Night 4): Michelle Chamuel vs. Chelsea M

Michelle Chamuel won the battle. They sang "Titanium". I would really love to see their whole performance. Unfortunately, only a short clip was shown in their battle. I believe Michelle did great.

Battle round 4 (Night 4): Amy Whitcomb vs. Agina Alvarez

Amy Whitecomb won the battle. They sang "Heartbreaker". These two didn't leave any impression to my during the blind audition. Again, only a short clip of their performance was shown.

Battle round 5 (Night 5): Justin Rivers vs. The Morgan Twins

Justin Rivers won the battle. They sang "easy" and I thought it would be an easy win for The Morgan Twins in the battle round. I was wrong! As what Blake trying is to imply, Justin Rivers came into surprise. Good job man!

Battle round 6 (Night 5): Mary Miranda vs. Cáthia

Mary Miranda won the battle. They sang "Antes de las Seis". I thought Cathia will win the battle. I really felt every bit of her in the song. Anyway, they both did a good job. Cathia was stolen by Usher.

The Voice Season 4 Battle Rounds Night 3 Result

Here are the results of The Voice Season 4 Night 3 Battle Rounds:

Battle round 1 (Night 3): VEDO vs. Jessica Childress

I hate to say this because I was really a fan of Jessica Childress, but VEDO won the battle. The two sang "Locked Out of Heaven" which I think very favorable with VEDO. The song really suited him. Though it's not the comfort zone of Jessica, I believe she still killed it. I like her so much, especially her bubbly personality. Unfortunately, no one stole her.

Battle round 2 (Night 3): Monique Abbadie vs. Luke Edgemon

The way they battled in the song "You and I", I thought they were both amazing. I am a huge fan of Monique. She was impressive in the blind audition. Monique was such a powerhouse, even with this battle round. She still showcased it. Luke on the other hand came into surprise. I heard some cool stuffs with his voice.

Anyway, if I am to choose the winner, judging from their battle round performance, I really couldn't pick if who appealed to me the most. I will just base it I guess with whom do I think will make it far in the competition and that is Monique. Well, it was Monique Abbadie who won as declared by Shakira. Blake by the was stole Luke Edgemon.

Battle round 3 (Night 3): Savannah Berry vs. Jacqui Sandell

Third pairing was Savannah and Jacqui singing the song "Little White Church". Savannah was declared by Blake as the winner of this battle. I do agree with Blake's decision. I believe Savannah overpowered Jacqui. Also, I saw that she has a potential to become a star.

Battle round 4 (Night 3): Kris Thomas vs. C. Perkins

It's Kris Thomas going against C. Perkins with the song "It Will Rain". I am a massive fan of Kris since he auditioned and I still love his performance in the battle round. Just over the top, I must say. As what Blake said, Kris has clear vibrato. Shakira's decision favored that Kris Thomas won. On the other side, C. Perkins was stolen by Usher.

Battle round 5 (Night 3): Midas Whale vs. Patrick Dodd

Midas Whale won and I was quite disappointed with Adam's decision actually. Patrick Dodd was way much better for me. He sounded like nobody. He slew the song "Burning Love". He deserved a steal though it didn't happen.

Battle round 6 (Night 3): Ryan Innes vs. Orlando Dixon

Ryan Innes won this battle. I would say this is the best battle round so far in this season. I thought for a second that Ryan Innes was a legend. He was incredibly good. He murdered this battle round. On the other hand, I gave credit also to Orlando Dixon for the confidence and approach he delivered in the battle. He did well also. Anyway, Adam stole Orlando Dixon.

Matt Henry - The Voice UK Season 2 Blind Audition

Matt Henry sang "Trouble" and it was awesome. This soulful singer really nailed the song. He looked like William but with a magnificent voice. All the four coaches turned their seats for him. In the end, he went with Team Will.

Katie Benbow - The Voice UK Season 2 Blind Audition

Katie Benbow sang Feeling Good" and I was captivated by it, maybe in a weird way. I don't know if I like it or not. It's too dramatic. She needs more control of her voice. On the other hand, the strong point of her performance was her unique voice. I'm glad Jessie turned her seat. She could definitely teach a lot to this girl.

Mike Ward - The Voice UK Season 2 Blind Audition

Mike Ward sang "Don't Close Your Eyes" and I was thrilled after he sang the first line of the song. I like his version of the song. His voice was unpredictable. Hands down for this man. I thought he did an amazing job. His tone was very fresh and smooth.

He made Jessie, Danny and Tom turn their seats for him. And, he picked Tom as his coach. He made the right decision, I guess.

Kristy Crawford sang "Hedonism (Just Because You Feel Good)". None of the judges turned for her. Here are the weak points I guess with her performance: song choice and nerves baby.

Anthony Kavanagh sang "Don't Dream It's Over". I found his perform okay though his voice was kind of pitchy. None of the coaches turned their seats for him.

Andrea Begley - The Voice UK Season 2 Blind Audition

Andrea Begley sang the song "Angel" and I must say, it was so heartwarming. I felt the song and everything while she was singing. The only thing that bothered me is that she was so nervous. Additionally, she was kind of shy also. I believe she need a boost in her confidence. Tom and Danny turned their seats for Andrea. She picked Danny to be her coach.

Louis Coupe performed  "Great Balls Of Fire". Sadly, none of the coaches turned for him. His performance wasn't that bad after all. He got the coaches dancing! Nice job man! You made me smile.

Leanne Jarvis performs "Stay with Me" during The Voice UK season 2 blind audition. She has a powerful voice, I must say. She gave me chills. As what Tom said, her voice matches her looks. With the right song choices, I bet she will make it far in the competition.

Danny County sang "About You Now". Nice tone man! He sang the song in a soulful way. I'm not fully impressed actually with his voice and I don't know if he will go far in the competition but the way he sings, it seemed like he gets inside the song and conquer it. It was beautiful. If this is his comfort zone and if he will do more of this, I believe he will advance more this season. He went with Team Jessie.

This inspiring man with a big heart and spectacular voice nailed the song "Never Tear Us Apart". Ash Morgan sang very well. With the range and coolness of his voice, I thought it was limitless. I am happy for this man.

Ash made the four coaches turn for him. He went with team Jessie.

The Voice UK Season 2 came in a blast with the same set of coaches. The season 1 of The Voice was really successful and I expect that this season would be more successful than the previous one. More voices would again be showcased.

Before the blind audition, there had been exclusive coach performances. As usual, they all sounded great. Tom Jones, Danny, William, and Jessie sang the songs "Rip It Up", "Johnny B. Goode", "Shout", and "Long Tall Sally". I am really happy to see again these coaches. Let the blind auditions, begin!

The Voice Season 4 Battle Rounds Night 2 Result

This would be another fierce fight for survival in the competition. Let the battle rounds of The Voice US Season 4 night 2 begin!


Battle round 1 (Night 2): Warren Stone vs. Michael Austin
Two country singers battle for the song "My Kinda Party" in Team Adam. Based from what I saw, they performed equally good. I just thought Warren was sexy and more fun to watch. As what Adam said, they are both incredible. I do agree with it. Blake added that he will pick  Michael Austin. Usher, on the other hand would choose Warren Stone. But hey, final decision goes to Adam and he declared that Warren Stone won! See how good they were HERE.

Battle round 2 (Night 2): Josiah Hawley vs. Jeff Lewis

Josiah and Jess battled it out with the song "Roxanne". Honestly, it was boring for me. Horrible song choice, I guess. I thought these two sang so good in the blind audition. What just happened? Usher was also very strict when it comes to coaching. I would be very scared if I am in his team. Anyway, Josiah Hawley won! See their battle HERE.

Battle round 3 (Night 2): Grace Askew vs. Trevor Davis

Grace Askew won this battle. She really have this pleasing and unique voice. They battled with the song "Me and Bobby McGee". See Grace Askew's studio version of that song HERE.

Battle round 4 (Night 2): Audrey Karrasch vs. Jamila Thompson

I have nothing more to say with this because only a short clip was shown prior to their battle. I kind of expect that Audrey will move forward. They sang "If I Were a Boy". See Audrey Karrasch's studio version of that song HERE.

Battle round 5 (Night 2): Tawnya Reynolds vs. Mark Andrew

Too bad their battle wasn't shown. But based from their blind auditions, I thought Tawnya put much creativity on it. They jammed with the song "The Chain" and it ended up Shakira declaring that Tawnya Reynolds won the battle. See Tawnya's studio version of "The Chain" HERE.

Battle round 6 (Night 2): Danielle Bradbery vs. Caroline Glaser

The two girls sang "Put Your Records On". It was a good song choice. It really fitted them both. Judging with their performance, I bet Caroline nailed it. I smiled every time she throw a line in their battle. Her voice also was unique and refreshing. Opposite to my opinion, Blake declared that Danielle Bradbery won the battle. Luckily, Caroline Glaser was stolen by Adam. See their battle HERE.

The Voice Season 4 Battle Rounds Night 1 Result

Everyone was really I think pulling at their best. This is clearly the battle rounds, one of the ways to advance in the show. I am really excited to see how each of the contestants showcases their voices again. I know many are thrilled with this so let the duets, begin!

Battle round 1 (Night 1): Amber Carrington vs. Sasha Allen

They sang "Try" by Pink. Based from their performance, I could really see that Amber advanced Sasha. Sasha has technically gifted voice but the song suited more for Amber. Sasha has a big voice and the song wasn't enough for her to showcase it. She amazed me during the blind audition wherein four seats turned for her. She oversang in the battle round I guess and Adam declared that Amber Carrington won. Sasha Allen was stolen and now a part of Team Shakira. See their battle HERE.


Battle round 2 (Night 1): Garrett Gardner vs. J'Sun
These two boys sang "How You Like Me Now?". I like them both. They were equally talented. J'Sun sang so good and I can hear something soothing in it. On the other hand, Garrett Gardner (one of my favorites this season), I liked his raspy voice. He is such a cool guy. I admire his dedication also. Shakira declared that Garrett Gardner won! Battle round 3 (Night 1): Holly Tucker vs. Michelle Raitzin

They sang "Blown Away" but it was not quite a blown away for me. I have nothing more to say. Good battle though and Blake picked Holly Tucker. See their battle HERE.

Battle round 4 (Night 1): Jess Kellner vs. Taylor Beckham

These girls sang "You Know I'm No Good". Honestly, I'm not totally impressed by it. It wasn't perfect, not great just good. There should be some kind of attraction attitude to be put in the song and I didn't find it from either of them. If I had to pick between these two, it will be Taylor because of her sweet voice. But, as what Usher declared, Jess Kellner won! On the other hand, Taylor Beckham got a steal from Blake. See their battle HERE.

Battle round 5 (Night 1): The Swon Brothers vs. Christian Porter

The Swon Brothers won! Other coaches did not steal Christian Porter! This is horrible for me. I was really shocked with this battle result. I thought Christian is way better singing "I Won't Back Down" than The Swon Brothers. I mean, with his creativity in the blind audition plus him hitting the high notes in the battle round, man! You already captured many viewers! He was really very good. Genius, I must say. See their battle HERE.

Battle round 6 (Night 1): Judith Hill vs. Karina Iglesias

I wasn't surprised that Judith Hill won the battle. They sang "It's a Man's Man's Man's World" fantastically. I labeled this as the best battle of the night. Judith was really impressive and hot. She was not trying too hard in the song which was very pleasant to hear. Both of them gave me chills. The powerful Karina got  a steal from Shakira. See their battle HERE.

Mary Miranda sang "Como La Flor" during the blind audition of The Voice US season 4. She sang in Spanish and I really expect she would pick Shakira as her coach. Well, she did it. I am not really moved by her performance. Maybe it's because I cannot understand if what she is singing. Three judges turned their seats for her so I though she did a good job.

Savannah Berry sang "Safe & Sound" by Taylor Swift. Singing that song, I think was very hard, though she manage to pull it at her best and it was beautiful. Additionally, she is cute and charming.

Three coaches turned for her including Adam, Blake and Shakira. Savannah mentioned that one of her musical influences was Miranda Lambert. In the end, she picked Blake as her coach.

Audrey Karrasch sang "Price Tag" in the season 4 of The Voice US during the blind audition. I think she did pretty well. 

This girl made two seats turn which includes Blake and Usher. In the end she went with Team Usher. I have no more comment for her, good luck though.

It's Warren Stone singing "Colder Weather". Obviously, he is more of a country artist. He really has a good voice. I do feel his singing.

Blake, Shakira and Adam turned their seats for Warren. I really thought he would pick Blake because of the  country music thing. Surprisingly, he picked Adam as his coach. Was it a good idea? Maybe if he is that of an adventurous type.

Monique Abbadie - The Voice US Season 4 Blind Audition

Monique Abbadie sang "Loca" and it was really not surprising that she picked Shakira as her coach. Shakira was her idol, she implied. 

Her aggressive approach to the song was really amazing. No wonder she had four chairs to turn for her. Monique is one of my favorites in Shakira's Team. Also, she is beautiful and a kind of jolly.

Will she go far in the competition? I really hope so!

Michelle Chamuel did a good job singing "I Kissed a Girl". Honestly, I was surprised of her performance. Shakira, Adam and Usher turned their seats for her. She chose Usher as her coach.

Personally, I think she made a wrong move doing it. If I were in her feet, I would chose Shakira as my coach. Anyway, I'm not her.

I have nothing to say. Really because I was not able to see their full performances. Only a part of their performances was shown. Anyway, congratulations to the three of them for passing in the blind audition. J'Sun landed on Shakira's Team, Duncan on Adam's Team and Chelsea on Usher's Team. Hope to see more blasts from them!

Holly Tucker, I am out of words for you. This girl has a natural gifted voice. She sang the song "Make You Feel My Love" beautifully. No wonder she made four seats turn for her. I really felt some kind of emotion while she sang. She picked Blake as her coach which I think a good choice. I really hope to hear lots of her.

This guy is back and he is on fire! Garett Gardner finally made it this time in the blind audition of The Voice. Garett sang "Seven Nation Army" and fell on Shakira's Team.

Personally, I like his voice. It is unique and raspy. He drove somewhat of fierce when he sings. I'm really glad seeing him perform. I really hope that he will go far in the competition. He definitely inspired many.

Karina Iglesias really punched the song "I'm the Only One". Her range was freakin' cool. She also put a little Spanish in it. She indeed deserved to be qualified in the blind audition.

Blake and Adam turned their seats for her in the last seconds of the song. Shakira on the other hand felt bad of not turning for her. In the end, she went with Team Adam.

Sam Alves sang "Feeling Good" and I really felt bad that none of the judges turned their seats for him. I thought he did great and made justice to the song. He might soar high in the competition. For me, he is even better than other contestants qualified during the blind audition. I hope to see this guy next season.

Taylor Beckham, a sweet 17 years old girl sang "I'm Going Down" in the blind audition of the season 4 of The Voice US. Personally, I think this girl should boost more her confidence if she want to stay in the competition. She has quite unique voice but in totality, I think there is still something lacking.

I believe she made a good job picking Usher as her coach.

Based from the previous seasons of The Voice, duos do not last. But who knows? The Swon Brothers might bag the title!

Sarah Simmons delivered an extravagant performance as she conquered the song "One of us". She was undoubtedly good. She started of the song softly and as it went in the middle part, she kicked it with her raspy voice. Amazing! This girl would go far in the competition and might win this whole thing.

Sarah Simmons managed to pull all four coaches to turn for her. She picked Adam as her coach because she loved rock music. Well, this girl really rocks!

I just hope she won't be paired with Judith Hill in the battleround. It would be very frustrating for me if that happens since I really adore them both. I have a strong feeling that it would be her and Judith in the finals. Anyway, anything could still happen.

Cáthia sang "No Me Doy por Vencido" and made three coaches turn their seats for her (excluding Adam).

Cáthia sang completely in Spanish. Shakira said to her that she could take the world by storm! Could this really happen? We will find out!

Josiah Hawley proved that he is more than a model. He sang "Sunday Morning " by Maroon 5 during the blind audition of the season 4 of The Voice.

Was it cool? Yes! Was it great? Maybe!

The three coaches which were Usher, Adam, and Blake turned their seats and fought over to make Josiah become part of their team. Adam pointed out a little critic for him. In the end, he joined team Usher.

Tawnya Reynold sang "Mammas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys". She really did well. Many will absolutely like the texture in her voice.

This girl could sing country songs. Period! She has this and she love doing it.

I thought Blake will turn his sit. Sadly, he didn't. Only the three other coaches did. Tawnya grabbed a spot on team Shakira.

Judith Hill was extraordinary. There is something fantastic and uniqe with her voice. She had added to the excitement of watching The Voice. The way she looks plus her confidence, massively outshone all other blind auditions.

Judith sang "What a Girl Wants". What an incredible performance she have there. Believe me, this girl is special and will get very far. She definitely got what it takes to win The Voice. I do not want to make predictions but she is my bet to win this season.

Not so surprising, the four judges pushed their buttons for Judith. She happily landed on Adam's team.

Kris Thomas just sounded awesome with the song "Saving All My Love for You". Who would expect that voice to come out from him? 

For a man to sing so smooth falsetto like Kris, it was incredible. I will have an eye for this guy through out this season.

Kris found a spot on Shakira's team. If I was one of the coaches, I would truly regret if I won't turn my seat for this guy.

Really? I mean his performance was so unpredictable. He sang so weird but in a good way. I love this one!

Christian Porter sang "Sexy and I Know It" which made the three coaches turn from their seats. This is really surprising. This could definitely be one of the best blind auditions of the season. I had downloaded his version of the song already.

Porter ended up on team Blake.

I really admire Vedo's confidence singing the song "Boyfriend". The song really fits him. He uniquely sang it.

Danielle Bradbery sang "Mean" by Taylor Swift. This girl really made me smile while she was singing. She has a very sweet voice which is really good to hear.

It's quite predictable to me when she sang in the blind audition. But who knows, this girl might shock us with the next episode of The Voice.

This 16 years old girl made three seats turn around and landed on Team Blake.

Janetza Miranda failed in the blind audition. Although I believe this girl got the range, she still was not able to be a part of any team. She sang "Titanium", one of the most powerful song.


This girl was really close. I believe she deserve another shot next season.

You could really see how nice guy he is. He sang in the blind audition very soulful. 

Shakira told him that she loved his performance from top to bottom. Sharika said to him also that she is passionate about him. He ended up joining her team.

Jess Kellner made me fall in love for her. She sang "Can't Help Falling in Love" by Elvis Presley. It is so sweet and cool. Her tone also is amazing.

With their triumph in the blind audition, The Morgan twins indeed brought excitement to the season 4 of The Voice. They sang Alicia Keys "Fallin" and made Blake push his button in the first line of the song.

The four coaches were really shocked when they saw the twins. Who wouldn't? They are definitely new and refreshing.

The Voice US Season 4 - Come Together!

Amazing! I mean Wow! This was my first expression while watching the four coaches kicked off the opening of the show with their jamming of "Come Together". This is really one of my favorites. Each coach showcased their strength as an artist. Usher and Blake played the guitar, Shakira blew the harmonica, and Adam rocked the drums. They really come together! 

I hate to admit it but I really liked these new set of coaches. I am a fan of Usher! His moves and sweet voice, oh so crazy. More about Usher HERE. 

And Blake Shelton, yes he smashed the two seasons of The Voice recently. His country music also conquered the world. He is definitely the coach to beat. More about Blake HERE.

Adam! Adorable Adam Levine! Even though he did not won previous seasons of The Voice, I am pretty much sure he will rock this season. Together with Blake, they are very entertaining to watch. More of Adam HERE.

Last coach but definitely not the least, it's Shakira! I'm not a fan of her, not before. But now, I'm obsessed with her. I really do. Her songs topped now my playlist. Hips don't lie, she is beautiful. More about Shakira HERE.
